Hello everyone! How was your Sunday? I hope you had a fruitful weekend filled with lots of fun. Most importantly, hope you are fully recharged for the coming week!
In this post I just want to touch a little on weight issue. I don't know what's going on with my appetite lately. Arghh, it seems like my appetite is so enormous and I had so much sinful stuff over the months - lately especially!
I was looking at some pictures I was tagged in FB during a wedding of our friend in March this year. I was just about 3 1/2 months post-delivery. I loved how I looked back then (you know, there are those times when u can proudly say yeah that's my best look!). I was able to flaunt my new orange toga dress and wear tight fitting tops without the need to suck in the tummy!
Just over 4 months after the wedding, I now feel that my waistline and bottom has expanded so much - the best "person" to tell you that you have put on weight is your clothes! In addition, I also feel my face is looking slightly rounder and puffy (blame it on the salt?).
I must admit I have slacked...big time...lack of determination and discipline :( Boo hoo...!!!
There had been really too much junks, too much salt, too much sugar, too much MSG and overdose of carbo! Oh dear, where are all my inspirations to stay fit, healthy and feel-good-about-myself feeling that I got after my delivery??? I was very determined and staying so fit that I had people asked me how did I get my pre-delivery shape bck (in fact after delivery I was in better shape and weight than before I was preggy :") )
Starting Monday LBK wants to restart on "Project Back in Shape. So welcome healthier food, goodbye sinful food. Don't worry, I'm not going to stave myself to skeleton. Just going to watch out my diet, try to spend time on some exercises and be a little strict on the cravings!
Thanks for listening to my ramblings. Anyone experience this kind of yo-yo weight problem as well/before? Feel free to share your stories & your tips.
There will be a review on a foundation soon so stay tuned!
Lastly, let's stay fit, healthy and feel good about ourselves. Have a lovely day!
